About Yeary Inspections
My name is Kyle Yeary with Yeary Inspection & Services LLC. I am the founder and President of the company and provide a very thorough, honest and informed inspection for our clients. I have a lot of prior experience with inspecting homes from growing up in the contracting and construction business. My family owned and operated Yeary’s Building Supply in East Texas and oversaw the building of more than 500 homes in the East Texas tri lakes area. I was very involved in all facets of the business and worked there many years in various positions.
I went on to serve several years in the corporate world as Sales Manager for Coca-Cola Enterprises. I have many years of customer service expertise which afforded career advancement in four different markets. During this time I’ve purchased, sold and had several rental properties.
My wife, Angie Yeary, has a Journalism degree and marketing background and handles all the office duties including scheduling the inspections and sending out paperwork and confirmations. She works with all parties to ensure we are providing the best possible service.
We have been blessed with four children: Adrian – 12, Kayla – 6, Kade – 4, and Adamson – 6 months that love to help out. Since the creation of our company we have performed thousands of quality inspections throughout the Houston area.
Our company is based on the principal of providing a great, thorough inspection while presenting to the clients all the facts so they can make an educated decision on the needs of the home. We maintain the highest integrity possible and the best customer service.
When inspecting a home we ask that all of the utilities are turned on and functioning including gas, water and the electrical power in order to provide the best possible inspection. We encourage our clients to be present - we call them about 45 minutes before we are finished so that they can come to the property and we will give them a very thorough walkthrough. It is not necessary to be present; however, it may be easier to understand any items of concern when we are both looking at them together. We write the report - including color pictures of items that need attention now or may need attention at a later date - and email it to the client, usually the following morning and always within 24 hours. We have Supra keys and are happy to arrange for any other service providers the client may need like pool/spa, wood destroying insects, septic, or alarm inspections.
