Yeary Inspection uses an advanced Motion tablet computer to create customized, onsite reports with detailed information and photos - the only inspector in the area providing this service. This provides more accuracy and greater detail in an easy-to-understand report that exceeds TREC standards.

Each Yeary Inspection includes:

An inspection of the exterior of the home, including the foundation, eaves and trim, walls, windows, drainage systems, doors, patios and decking, siding, roofing materials, structure and whatever else is in the way.

An inspection of the interior of the home, including the crawl spaces, attic area, electrical, heating and cooling, plumbing systems, ventilation systems, interior walls, floors and ceilings, appliances and more.

Standard inspections up to 2,000 square feet take a minimum of 3.5 to 4 hours to inspect when all Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Standard Operating Procedures are thoroughly inspected.
